The pay

Weekly, no commission

$16 an hour starting, $19 once you are signed off on paint correction. Overtime at time and a half for overnight fleet runs. Tips are yours and never assumed.

The kit

Van, tools, laundry

We supply the van, the water system, the machine polisher and clean microfibre every morning. You never buy your own chemicals or pay for a van lease.

The hours

Fixed shifts, real rota

Four-day or five-day weeks, published a fortnight ahead. Crews finish at 9pm at the latest, and nobody is on call for a slot they did not agree to.

What we look for

A full driving licence, held twelve months

Care about someone else's paint as if it were yours

Comfortable talking to a customer on their driveway

Fine working outside in February

Detailing experience — we train from scratch

Your own van, tools or products

A CV that reads well, only a conversation

Any money up front, at any stage
