We agree the vehicle count, depot access, wash frequency and reporting needs before the first visit. Jobs can be scheduled overnight, early morning or between shifts.
Clean
Crews work plate by plate with a repeatable checklist, keeping vans, pool cars and customer-facing vehicles presentable without taking them off-site.
Track
Each vehicle gets a photo log, timestamp and service note. New damage, missing trims or unsafe issues are flagged the same night so your team can act quickly.
Invoice
The month closes with one itemised invoice, broken down by plate and service. It keeps fleet cleaning easy to reconcile without chasing individual receipts.
