How it works
Arrive
The crew texts on the way and brings water, power and lighting in the van. You do not need to provide a tap, run an extension lead or move the car into a bay.
Foam
A pre-rinse clears loose grit before snow foam is left to dwell on the paint, glass, wheels and lower panels. This softens road film so the contact wash can stay gentle.
Wash
Panels are washed top-down with clean microfibre, while wheels, arches and sills are handled separately so brake dust never travels back onto paint. The car is rinsed and hand dried before water spots form.
Report
The finished car is photographed in the app, with notes for obvious chips, kerbed wheels or worn wipers. You get the record before the job is closed.
