Two-stage foam

Pre-soak, dwell, then a thicker foam. On a car this dirty the second pass came off visibly brown — none of that ever touched a cloth.

Clay bar

Bonded fallout comes off before any polish touches the panel. The bonnet and roof took twice as long as the doors, which is normal on a car parked under trees.

Single-stage machine polish

Enough to level two years of tunnel swirls without thinning the clear coat. We measured before and after — we do not chase a show finish on a family car.

Ceramic coat and interior

Coat applied panel by panel and left to flash, while the second detailer took the dog hair out of the boot and fed the leather. Child seat out and back in the same position.
