Fleet lane setup

We staged the vans in wash order and kept one lane dry for finished vehicles, so clean panels never sat near fresh spray.

Plate-by-plate log

Each van was photographed before and after with the plate visible. Damage notes went into the job sheet as we found them.

Fast exterior process

The wash stayed consistent: wheels, lower panels, foam, filtered rinse, and quick dry on mirrors and handles.

Shift-ready handover

Keys were grouped by route and the final van was finished before the first driver clocked in.
